Professor Sycamore Pony Ver.

He kinda reminds me of Princess Celestia, always watching his beloved newbie trainers and helping them when they need his help, even when they've completed their journey. These lyrics make a good example of his work (from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Celestia's Ballad)

You've come such a long, long way

And I've watched you from that very first day

To see how you might grow

To see what you might do

To see what you've been through

And all the ways you've made me proud of you

It's time now for a new change to come

You've grown up and your new life has begun

These lyrics let me also think about how he's referring to the Mega-Evolution (hence destiny and new life and stuff)

Notice, how his cutie-mark is a Mega-Stone,

since his talent is the discovery and study of the hidden potential that lies within the Mega-Evolution...

(BTW, I love his hair, so wavy and classy...)

I came to this conclusion, since he's sending young, ambitious trainers on a great journey through the Kalos region, 

reflecting on how far they've come believing in the bond between them and their Pokémon...

(I know, my English is downright horrible here, so please bear with me...TT_TT)

He kinda reminds me of a mashup between Yusei Fudo and Severus Snape appearence-wise (That's probably why I like him)

The reason why I chose him to be an Alicorn is that I think that all Pokémon professors are like the pony princesses of Equestria, all harnessing a powerful magic/talent of their own which makes them special and standing out...

(Sorry, if I'm repeating myself, but I can't seem to find the right words to describe it...)

*I first wanted to draw him with his normal, short hair, but then I found out that it didn't blend so well with the background, so I extended it a bit to make it fit*
